How Does Our Grab Hire Service Work?
Call us up and explain the job over the phone, material to be moved and location of the site. From there can give you a set price. Once we have the details one of our professionally trained operators will turn up to complete the job and remove the waste.
How Much Waste Can We Take?
Our grab wagons can carry up to a maximum of 17 tonnes of waste. The waste material cannot exceed the height of the backboards of the vehicle so as to make the load safe for transportation on the highways.
Vehicle Access
Certain streets can prove difficult for our drivers to access and not all jobs can be undertaken. This can be for several reasons, tight bends, cars obstructing access as well as overhead telephone and power cables.
Where Does Your waste Go to?
All waste from our customers is taken back to our fully licensed waste transfer station at Blaydon. Environmental permit issued by the Environment agency and our planning permission can all be seen at the bottom of this website. Over 80% of the waste received from our grab wagons is recycled and turned into useable materials.
